The two-day training in classroom management, in which 16 kindergarten teachers from 4 kindergartens of Kalamaria participated, was completed yesterday, Tuesday, December 6. The action was coordinated by the Psychologists of the Prevention Centre Elpida, Ms. Giourka Georgia and Ms. Drakopoulou Marianna.
We dealt with communication, empathy and boundaries and the ways in which they help to create a climate of dialogue, cooperation and safety in the classroom.
