The drug problem knows no camp gates. It can also “serve” a full term, starting from the ranking center to the last transfer. After all, the military is an important milestone in a young person’s life and a phase of life in which there is an increased need to adapt to a new and often stressful environment.
ELPIDA intervenes both with the army staff (officers and non-commissioned officers) and the conscripts (privates), trying to give a different perspective on the difficulties faced by the young person during his/her service, to strengthen the cooperation and communication between them and to highlight the means of support available to those involved.
ELPIDA is one of the organizations that designs and implements interventions in the Armed Forces under the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation against Drug Addiction between the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity / Okana
