In continuation of our cooperation with the 2nd High School of Pylaia, we will meet the teachers of the school for a training on “Stress management in adolescents”. The objectives of the meeting are:
– identify stress and its dimensions,
– understand the ways in which it occurs,
– to think about sources of stress,
– to find ways to manage it.
The training will take place on Monday 6 March 2023, 13:30 – 15:30 at the school’s premises with the Centre’s staff members, Giourka Georgia and Drakopoulou Marianna.
