“ELPIDA” is pleased to announce the successful completion of a training workshop on “Conflict Management” at the Primary School of Kato Skholari. This two-hour in-person training, specifically designed for teachers and students, aimed to equip them with the necessary skills for effective conflict management in the school environment.
During the workshop, teachers from different parts of the school participated in dynamic discussions and practical exercises that emphasized collaborative problem solving. Through experiential learning, teachers gained knowledge about the nuances of conflict resolution, equipping them to guide and support their students through difficult situations.
ELPIDA had made it a priority to implement the conflict management programme throughout the school. This inclusive approach ensures that every student has the opportunity to benefit from the transformative effects of learning effective conflict resolution skills. By creating a harmonious and supportive environment, we believe that students can grow academically and emotionally, leading to their overall growth and development.
