The cooperation of the Prevention Centre “ELPIDA” with the 6th High School of Kalamaria in the implementation of the short-term programme “Conflict Management” was completed. This action is part of the prevention of violence and aggression . The 10 teachers participated in the experiential training-presentation of the material and then applied it to the students of their school. The evaluation of the project was positive with the predominant feeling of the teachers that communication with the children was enhanced on a more personal level. In addition, it stimulated reflection and thought about the ways in which everyone manages conflict, thus leading to the acquisition of valuable personal knowledge. We thank all the teachers who participated in the project and hope to continue the collaboration on a more stable and long-term basis.
