The cycle of the experiential workshop for parents “The Myth of the Good Child” at the ELPIDA Prevention Centre was completed.
A huge THANK YOU from the heart to every parent who participated. Thank you for your courage to challenge the old “shoulds”, for your confidence to share your personal stories and for your commitment to this journey of personal accountability and self-improvement.
Within three meetings:
✨ We deconstructed the myths that weigh us down and prevent us from seeing our children in their original form.
🌊 We dove under the surface of the “iceberg” of behavior, learning to translate actions into needs.
❤️ We practiced setting our boundaries not with shouting but with the calm power of love and connection.
The journey of parenthood is not a race for perfect children, but a journey for more connected and authentic parents. The greatest legacy of these meetings is the torch of self-awareness we all lit together. Let us keep it lit!
