The two-hour experiential workshop on “Anxiety”, which was held at the Vassiliki High School, was completed In an era where anxiety affects younger and younger age groups, early intervention and prevention are key issues. The experiential workshop served as a vehicle for familiarizing teachers with the phenomenon, its types and manifestations, laying the foundation for the development of effective management skills. Key support teachers, being at the side of students on a daily basis, can act as valuable allies in the prevention and management of anxiety. Their participation was highly encouraging and leaves optimistic messages for future psychosocial empowerment activities in the school environment.
