The “ELPIDA” Prevention Centre, with many years of experience in supporting pre-school education, invites you to participate in a support group for kindergarten teachers. Our aim is to create a space where you can share experiences, express concerns and develop skills that will help you to face the challenges of your daily life as a preschool teacher. Topics: The themes of the group focus on your personal and professional development and will be shaped based on the needs of the participants. Indicatively, we could explore topics such as:
- Management of anxiety and stress: Relaxation techniques, mindfulness, time management, boundary setting.
- Strengthening self-confidence and self-esteem: Recognition of strengths, positive thinking, self-care.
- Communication and cooperation: active listening, empathy, conflict management, teamwork.
- Emotional intelligence: Emotion recognition and management, self-regulation, empathy.
- Burnout: prevention and treatment, work-life balance.
Your participation in the team will offer you:
- A safe and supportive environment to share your personal and professional concerns.
- Tools and techniques to enhance your mental resilience and face challenges with more calm.

Structure
The group will consist of 5 meetings, each of 2 hours duration. The meetings will take place every 15 days at the Elpida Prevention Centre (10 Isiodos Street, Kalamaria).
