Message from the President

It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I welcome you to the renewed website of our Centre. The website you are browsing is part of a broader framework of concerted efforts that the present management of the Centre has been implementing for the past year.

We have created a welcoming web space aiming to provide more complete information and service to the residents of Eastern Thessaloniki on issues related to the prevention of all kinds of addictions and addictive behaviours and the promotion of psychosocial health. At the same time, we expect it to become a point of acquaintance with the identity, the philosophy and the specialized staff of the “ELPIDA” Prevention Centre.

At a time when technological developments move at a fast pace and high speed, following them is a perpetual process, expecting contact, communication and networking with the local communities of Eastern Thessaloniki and beyond.
