The training was coordinated by Mr. Anastasis Mavromichalis, Psychologist, and the Scientific Director of the “ELPIDA” Prevention Center, Mr. Andreas Meditsos.
The aim of the intervention was to raise awareness among teachers about gender stereotypes that are often unconsciously reproduced in the school environment, as well as to empower them in their role as educators who prevent violence and cultivate a climate of acceptance. Participants had the opportunity to explore personal beliefs and seek ways in which self-awareness can serve as a tool for positive change in the classroom.
