Parents' group of the 18th Primary School of Kalamaria - Call for new members

Call for participation statements!

The Elpida Prevention Center, in collaboration with the 18th Primary School of Kalamaria, is organizing a parents’ group at the school every Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for:

– parents of children in elementary school,

– residents of the Municipality of Kalamaria.

The group will give parents the opportunity to raise issues that concern them and relate to their role, so that they can be discussed in a safe space. Indicative topics include effective boundary setting in the family, non-violent communication, prevention of screen addiction, boosting children’s self-esteem, safe socialization of children, and more. The group began its meetings on Wednesday, January 28, and will remain open to new members until the next meeting: Wednesday, February 11. It will then close and conclude after a total of 10 meetings, which will take place every 15 days. Participation in the group is free of charge. Priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
