We are pleased to announce our cooperation with the 1st and 2nd kindergartens of Panorama. The partnership includes an awareness and training activity for 15 kindergarten teachers with a focus on conflict management in the classroom, aiming to equip the kindergarten teachers with basic skills and strategies to promote a positive and caring environment for our young children.
The training, scheduled for Friday 2 June, at 16:30, will take place at the 1st Kindergarten of Panorama, promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences between the participants and enabling them to create a strong network of support and cooperation.
Why is this training so important, you may ask? Conflict management plays a vital role in the development of our young heroes. By dealing and negotiating conflict effectively, we empower children to understand and manage their emotions, communicate their needs, and cultivate empathy and respect for others. These essential skills will not only shape their academic pathway, but will also contribute to their overall personal and social development.
In “ELPIDA” we believe that kindergartens are the foundation where children’s lifelong learning and social interactions begin. By providing teachers with the tools to manage conflict in a constructive way, we strive to create an environment where every child feels heard, valued and safe.
